Quite simply, we start by listening. What's working well? What's stuck in neutral? We build sponsorship programs organically from the inside. Without internal support - from senior leadership, sales, procurement, and marketing - a sponsorship is simply destined to fail. It's all too common for companies to enthusiastically support a new sponsorship without a focused plan. The 3-year cycle: honeymoon, reality check, and fade.
We encourage companies to start small - which runs counter to most of our competitors. Get to know the property, test programs internally and externally, find out what works, and then expand where justified.
We believe sponsorship is the most effective way to drive results - by inspiring from within first and then focusing on external audiences. We love activating sponsorships. We do the work. We don't hand it off.
